It's Wednesday space fans!
The shuttering of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center has now sparked congressional representatives to act. A letter from Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA), the ranking Democrat on the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, demands that NASA must stop closing Goddard down immediately. We'll continue to keep you posted on the story as it develops so keep looking at our website for updates.

Other headlines for today include the second attempt of NASA's ESCAPADE mission, launched by Blue Origin, which will head for Mars, 'Alien: Earth' has been renewed for season 2 and the infamous Pleiades star cluster may be much much bigger than we thought.

We have all that and more for your daily read.

Keep looking up,
