Happy Monday space fans!
We're still waiting for the launch of NASA's ESCAPADE mission riding on Blue Origin's New Glenn rocket, as an attempt on Nov. 9 was unfortunately scrubbed due to weather. A new attempt is set for on Nov. 12. We'll continue covering the launch, so keep watching our website for updates.

Other headlines for today include a company working to make powdered food from thin air and astronaut pee, a deep dive into the sci-fi threequel 'Avatar: Fire and Ash', and a new episode of the 'This Week in Space' podcast diving into the dismantling of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.

We have all that and more for your daily read.

Keep looking up,
