Join NASA’s Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate for a monthly virtual event about aeronautics research taking place at NASA. Attendees will get the latest updates on NASA aeronautics missions, explore career pathways to NASA, and discover student aeronautics opportunities. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

 

This event is intended for students attending community colleges, trade and technical schools, and universities – but all are welcome to attend.

NASA’s Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate is seeking proposals from accredited U.S. institutions for research training grants to begin the academic year. This opportunity is designed to support independently conceived research projects by highly qualified graduate students in disciplines needed to help advance NASA’s mission, thus affording these students the opportunity to directly contribute to advancements in STEM-related areas of study. AAVP fellowship opportunities are focused on innovation and the generation of measurable research results that contribute to NASA’s current and future science and technology goals.

Last Call: Space Apps Challenge Local Leads

The NASA Space Apps Challenge is searching for local leads for this year’s hackathon taking place Oct. 4-5. Local leads work alongside the NASA Space Apps global organizing team to organize the hackathon in their own city or town. This includes planning a virtual or in-person local event, supporting local participants, and coordinating local collaborators, judges, and community members.


Applications are due Sunday, June 1.
