Watch live as NASA's next outer solar system mission, Europa Clipper, is built and tested in the Spacecraft Assembly Facility at the NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California. NASA's Europa Clipper mission will perform dozens of close flybys of Jupiter’s moon Europa, gathering detailed measurements to investigate whether the moon could have conditions suitable for life.
 
Moderated chats will take place in the comments on the Clipper Cam YouTube stream every Tuesday from 1-1:30 p.m. EDT.

This yearlong internship opportunity allows graduate student research assistants to work with NASA scientists and lead research teams in a NASA research project related to climate change. This opportunity will not conflict with coursework and class schedules during the fall and spring. The internship is considered a part-time position that supports each graduate student’s major area of study.

ARISS-US is accepting proposals from U.S. schools, museums, and community youth organizations (working individually or together) to host an amateur radio contact with an astronaut aboard the International Space Station between July 1 and Dec. 31, 2023. To maximize these events, ARISS-US is looking for organizations that will draw large numbers of participants and integrate the contact into a well-developed education plan. Radio contacts are approximately 10 minutes. Visit the site for proposal guidelines and forms.

NASA is seeking proposals for the NASA Teams Engaging Affiliated Museums and Informal Institutions. Eligible proposers include U.S. nonprofit science museums, planetariums, youth-serving organizations, and libraries. Selected parties will offer inquiry- or experiential-based opportunities that include NASA education and research, and directly align with space exploration, aeronautics, space science, Earth science, or microgravity.

NASA’s “You’ve Got Perseverance!” award opportunity invites U.S. teachers, educators, and community members to nominate students in grades 6-12 who have demonstrated that they have the right stuff to move past obstacles and reach their academic goals. Awardees will get a message directly from Mars and a chance to talk to the rover team.
