NASA EXPRESS -- Your STEM Connection for Feb. 10, 2022

Make a STEM Connection to Global Temperature
Last month, NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced that 2021 was tied with 2018 as the sixth warmest year on record. Collectively, the past eight years are the warmest years since modern recordkeeping began in 1880. These annual temperature reports are part of the global temperature record that tells scientists how much and where our planet has been warming.

Interested in exploring this data with your grade 5-12 students? My NASA Data's Earth System Data Explorer lets you access global air temperature data with your class.
