NASA STEM on Station is currently accepting proposals for U.S.-based education organizations to host a downlink during International Space Station Expedition 68, which runs September 2022 to March 2023.
 
In-flight education downlinks are 20-minute live video Q&A opportunities for students and educators to interact with astronauts aboard the station.

NASA International Space Apps Challenge is in search of Local Leads for 2022. Local Leads work alongside NASA and the Space Apps Global Organizing Team to organize the event for a specific city or town by planning and hosting the virtual or hybrid event, supporting local participants, and coordinating local sponsors, judges, and community members. Local Leads get the opportunity to join a community and collaborate with volunteers in 160+ countries/territories and serve as thought leaders in their city’s space, tech, innovation, and creative communities.

NASA and the Houston Cinema Arts Society invite professional and aspiring filmmakers to share their works using NASA imagery. The CineSpace competition will accept all genres, including narrative, documentary, comedy, drama, animation, and more.

Entries must be no longer than 10 minutes, and at least 10 percent of the film must use NASA archival footage to create unique NASA-inspired film masterpieces.
